Niner’s carbon rigid fork

Most carbon rigid forks look rather boring and a large number of them are exactly the same under the stickers. So props to Niner for designing a fork that is not only different but actually looks very nice. It’s full carbon all the way from the steerer to the dropouts, has post mount disc brake tabs and like all Niner products it’s for 29ers only. The whole fork only weighs 560g, my Fox F100 weighs 1600g and the steel fork on my Singular probably weighs around 1100g so that’s a very impressive weight for a fork intended for mountain biking. Did I mention it comes in a wide range of colours including “Atomic Blue” which I’m really hoping matches my Singular frame…

Here it is on a “Kermit Green” Niner Air9 weighing only 17.63pounds

Mmm, that really works well on the white one

I’m sure there must be some way of justifying getting one of these…
