What fresh insanity is this?

You guys will of course know that Scott has a 22lb 150mm travel Genius LTD in the 2009 range. Reviews have already reported that some of the bikes components chosen for their weight have compromised the performance such as the DT Swiss fork and possibly the wheels. Now a complete loss of marbles has resulted in a Genius weighing a mere 8928grams, that’s 19.6lbs to us! I think I'd value a more comfortable saddle and a few more durable parts though…
